An 8-Minute Toning Workout Trio! :)

I just discovered this tonight, and it’s nearing midnight and I’m about to go to sleep so I won’t do it right now. But I’m definitely doing this starting tomorrow (all 3!) for twice everyday - one round when I wake up and one round in the evening.

The 8-Minute Ab Workout - Now I have been recommending this and talking about this so much, that I’m sure those who’ve been following me for quite some time now are probably thinking it’s getting too repetitive, but I just think this is so amazing! I never did this long enough to see results (longest was 4 days straight, haha) but now I’m so determined to not miss a day of this! It’s really fun and the burn feels GREAT. :)

The 8-Minute Butt Workout - On a normal day, I wouldn’t think much of what my bum looks like but now that summer’s coming and that I’ve been seeing the lovely, firm bums of these girls here on Tumblr, I became more self-conscious of my own. It’s not a negative kind of self-consciousness though, I just know that my butt isn’t what I want it to look like, and I’m really hoping this workout does wonders. I’m pretty sure it will, if I do it consistently twice everyday for 30 days. :)

The 8-Minute Arm Workout (with or without weights!) - My arms are by far my biggest insecurity. I love wearing dresses in the spring and summer seasons, but I always have to cover them up with either a cardigan or a denim jacket, which is often uncomfortable in the heat. I’ve been doing a decent amount of cardio, and since I started this journey, my weight loss is visible everywhere EXCEPT my arms, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed with this workout. :)
