In the past 10 days I have lost* 5ish lbs by...

eating more food than I have wanted (seriously. 9 o’clock at night: crying in the corner eating my chicken so I can hit my macros ahaha. You eat 230 grams of protein [NO protein powder] in a day and try telling me it doesn’t make you cry**).

And weight training 3 times a week. No cardio***. Suck it. 

And by listening to Dick Talens.

So to sum it all up, I’m making progress, I’m eating a shit ton of food, I’m having fun, I’ma do mah thang and pretend I’m a kewl kid. 

*Where did they go??? Okay that’s not why that asterisk is there.
This is —> Disclaimer: During my first official ‘weigh-in’ (I am really not liking this term. Ugh. Never again) I had just started my period so that just fucks everything up but makes the ‘weight’ I lost sound way more fabulous and then there’s the usual water weight on top of the oh so wonderful period bloat (YAY) so it’s not really 5 lbs but let’s just pretend it is. So THERE. 

**I didn’t really cry. I don’t cry. Although I may have gotten something in my eye. Eating that much protein has gotten waaaaay easier, by the way. 

***I was/still am taking a bit of a break from triathlon training but it will be making an appearance next week!
