So, as mentioned, the dress from that photo in white. It took a moment to figure out how the leather straps were meant to be done, but once the lovely sales manager helped me.. perfection! The ivory silk crepe body is lined in ivory silk charmeuse and finished impeccably on the interior (though still presents somewhat of a challenge for undergarments that are inconspicuous). The leather is super-soft and very comfortable against the skin. The Bally store staff told us that a woman had bought this dress and the orange version to wear for her wedding in the south of France. Yes, of course. I would too! Such a unique idea for wedding dress, so effortlessly chic and absolutely flattering. I felt like a modern grecian princess in this and really had to pry it off myself because I would have walked straight out of the store in it!
